Exercise

Be Smart About Sunlight

Get Immunized

  • Stay up-to-date on your immunizations.

Avoid Risky Behavior

  • Practice safe sex
  • Do not use drugs.
  • Drink alcohol responsibly and in moderation.
  • Keep your body healthy.
  • Limit your exposure to known carcinogens.

Get Screened

  • Have a standing appointment with your doctor and specialists for regular cancer screenings.
  • If you have a concern, then let your doctor know.
  • Do not put off screenings. Early detection is key to having a chance to fight cancer.
