Chronic Diarrhea and IBS

Suffering with chronic diarrhea can be indicator of numerous disorders. Sometime chronic diarrhea may be accompanied with constipation. This all takes the toll on your digestive system and may be the cause of IBS. Identify your problem with the help of your doctor, get the medication, know your digestive system and consume only that food, which do not irritate your stomach at all.


If you are diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), it is very important to you that you will maintain good lifestyle and living habits. Give up alcohol and Coffee, etc. Cut down on added sugars or simply avoid these. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is curable.
