You must always remember that you must eat healthy and exercise. These are the basic factors that are going to ensure you live a healthy and a wonderful life, which will keep you stay away from a lot of diseases and problems.
Some people think that it is better that they should eat less in order to maintain their weight, but in actuality this thought puts their mind into a lot of questions as to what to eat, what not to eat, whether this food will help me take a grip on my increasing weight or not etc.
The basic fact is that you need to make choices, you need to see as to what is the right choice for you and what can help your body and help you to control your weight. Just know that it would always be best that you stay in very close contact with your nutritionist and ask as to how you can keep yourself motivated to the goal of maintaining the diet that you have designed for yourself.
